A new post. Where should I start.

Perhaps I should draw fleeting mention to the fact that this blog is headed into its third year. Lofty milestone, if you consider the fact that it started off partially as a joke.

Somewhere along the way there was a subtle change in texture - the prose is slightly less ostentatious, there is less implicit smugness.

The posts have slowed to a trickle, but that's maybe because we are past that age where we feel comfortable sharing our musings on an open space.

Otherwise nothing much has changed, in this rather languid corner of cyberspace - we are still stuck repeating the same routines, imbibing the same beliefs, and generally bustling on with out very busy, but rather pointless lives.
