Oh and Lord Byron apparently wrote the following rhyme in a lavatory cubicle, no doubt while offering his daily supplication to Cloaca the goddess of the bowel:
O Cloacina goddess of this place,
Look upon thy suppliants with thy smiling face;
Smooth and consistent let their offerings flow,
Neither too rashly swift nor too insolently slow.
